JOB SUMMARY:

The KJESS HR Compliance Services team members are responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Clients’ HR Compliance Services team including, but not limited to daily processing, research, and quality assurance of incoming requests documents, emails, and/or reports. 

The KJESS HR Compliance Junior Officer reports primarily to the JESS Compliance Services Team Lead and HRSS Manager but will also take direction from other Client HR Compliance Services team members who are accountable for supported work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

• Enter and/or update professional licensing, certifications, and higher education compliance related information into the required systems
• Download previously entered and/or requested data and review specific criteria to identify gaps and/or missing information
• Research issues/questions, conduct error resolution, and escalate, as needed, if/when compliance related requirements (e.g. licenses, certifications, etc.) are in question and/or not being met

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Equivalent Professional Accreditation.

                     Or

• Enrolled in final year of bachelor’s degree programme
• Little to no experience required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. Expected to work in a fast pace team environment
2. Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities
3. May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays
