QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· HROperations
o Assists in the maintenance of file register, employee records and filing system in compliance with Departmentstandards.
o Preparation of documents (such as letters, memoranda, minutes, and spreadsheets) and reports, as required.
o Receives,records,sortsandroutesincomingandoutgoingcorrespondenceandotherdocuments.
o Providesadministrativesupporttotherecruitmentfunction(preparationofrequisitionforms, recruitment and onboarding packages, bookings etc.), as required.
o AddressesqueriesandprovidessolutionsandcustomerservicetoInternalandexternalcustomers.
o Assistingwithconductingscreeningsandreferencechecksrelatedtorecruitment.
o Performingotherofficedutiesasassigned.
· Payroll
o Provides administrative supportin the completion of Payroll cycles (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly) withinestablisheddeadlines.
o Preparationofdocuments(suchaslettersandmemoranda)andreports,asrequired.
o Completesthedigitalarchivingofallpayrolldocumentation.
· SystemAdministration
o Provides administrative support in the maintenance of employee data and recordson management information systems and learning management systems.
o Preparation of documents (such as letters, memoranda, minutes, and spreadsheets) and reports, as required.
· HRProjects
o Provides support the department in the execution of employee engagement activities and assigned projects and ensures adherence to department timelines.
