Manage, organize and lead recruitment, training and engagement processes in accordance with the guidelines of the HR area corresponding to the corporate book and standard of the company.

 

Conduct the annual evaluation of the work environment and execute the defined action plans with the objective of ensuring a climate that motivates employees.

Carry out the talent management process of prospective employees, liaise with major universities to recruit candidates with the best skill set to contribute to the longevity of the company.

Billing of services offered to employees, including, but not limited to, the entry of invoices from the service of safety boots and medical laboratories.

Manage and carry the recruitment process as per internal policies and guilines.
