The Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel located in Kingston, Jamaica, is seeking warm, enthusiastic, service oriented, individuals with a great attitude to join our team in the following roles:
- Restaurant Manager
- Servers (Restaurant and Bar Servers)
- Steward
- Maintenance and Grounds Personnel
Management candidate requirements:
- At least three (3) years experience in similar capacity.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business Management or a related discipline preferred.
- Relevant Certification
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work on shifts including weekends.
- Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective organizing and time management skills.
Server candidate requirements:
- NVQ-J Level 1 or 2 certificate in Food and Beverage or similar certification from a recognized training institution
- Three CXC subjects including English Language
- At least one year experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Steward, Grounds, Maintenance candidate requirements:
- At least one year experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Maintenance candidate- NVQ-J certification
