What to Expect
⏱️ The entire process takes under 2 hours. Get hired on the spot!
Here’s how it works:
- Recruiter Discussion: The Teleperformance Recruiting Team will have a brief conversation with you to confirm general fit.
- Application & Assessment: You’ll be guided to a computer to complete your application and online assessment. (Note: our entire hiring process can also be done from any internet-accessible computer.)
- Role Matching & Offer: Once your assessment is complete, your recruiter will review available assignments with you, then walk you through your offer and onboarding paperwork.
For a Successful Experience, Bring:
