Key Responsibilities:
1. Hygiene & Food Safety Compliance:
- Implement and monitor HACCP programs, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Conduct internal audits related to hygiene, health, and food safety.
- Oversee pest control and sanitation schedules, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal procedures are followed.
2. Environmental Standards & Sustainability:
- Develop and implement environmental programs in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Oversee sustainable waste management practices.
- Ensure hotel operations align with sustainability initiatives and corporate environmental policies.
3. Quality Assurance & Risk Assessments:
- Conduct risk assessments on food safety and environmental hazards.
- Perform root cause analysis for hygiene-related complaints and deviations.
- Develop action plans to address safety risks and prevent future incidents.
4. Training & Employee Development:
- Provide training on personal hygiene, HACCP standards, and environmental regulations.
- Educate staff on safety procedures, quality control, and sustainability best practices.

5. Vendor & Supplier Audits:
- Verify the quality and safety of products from suppliers.
