We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Gynaecologist to join our growing team in Tortola, Virgin Islands, providing comprehensive women’s health services in a modern, wellness-focused clinic.

Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team; including general practitioners, mental health clinicians, and wellness coaches to deliver integrated care that supports women at every stage of life.

● Provide routine gynecological and obstetric care, including preventive screenings,
antenatal and postnatal services, and management of reproductive health concerns.

● Perform diagnostic procedures, minor surgeries, and emergency interventions as
required.
● Counsel patients on contraception, family planning, fertility, and lifestyle practices that
support women’s health.
● Collaborate with other specialists to ensure continuity of care and integrated wellness
support.
● Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records.
● Participate in community wellness initiatives and patient education programs.
● Contribute to quality improvement efforts and uphold best practices in evidence-based
care.

Qualifications & Experience
● Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
● Valid medical license and eligibility for registration with the BVI Medical Council.
● Minimum of 5 years clinical experience (10 years preferred) in a hospital or
multidisciplinary outpatient setting.
● Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills.
● Demonstrated commitment to holistic, patient-centered care.
● Experience working in Caribbean or multicultural contexts is an asset. Multilingual
fluency is a plus.
