1. Guest Service Agent – Prime Travel

Department: Prime Travel Club / Front Office

Reports to: Prime Travel Supervisor / Prime Travel Manager

Job Summary:

The Guest Service Agent – Prime Travel is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Prime Travel Club members and guests. This role involves welcoming guests, handling reservations, managing inquiries, and ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally to enhance the luxury vacation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Prime Travel guests upon arrival and provide personalized check-in and check-out services.
• Handle reservations, confirmations, and special requests for Prime Travel members.
• Assist with itinerary planning, excursions, and premium services.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update member profiles.
• Promote resort services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, guest services, or hospitality sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (Opera or similar) is an asset. 
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

2. Purchasing Coordinator – 3 Month Contract

Department: Purchasing / Finance

Reports to: Purchasing Manager / Financial Controller

Job Summary:

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and tracking goods and supplies required for resort operations. This short-term role ensures procurement activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requests from departments and source approved suppliers.
• Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and prepare purchase orders.
• Track deliveries and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier files.
• Assist with inventory checks and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Support the Purchasing Manager with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Availability for the full 3-month contract term.
