Group Strategy Development & Execution Manager

We are looking for a strategic and operationally driven leader to support the execution of enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives, drive transformation, and align operational strategies with business goals across the organization.

What we need?

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Operations, Management, or related fields preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Financial Services leadership roles.

• Experience developing operational strategies, KPIs, and efficiency initiatives.

• Strong background in process optimization, governance, and operational excellence.

• Knowledge of financial services operations, risk, compliance, and regulatory standards.

• Experience leading transformation, automation, and continuous improvement projects.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
