What You'll Be Doing

  • Attain new business and achieve sales targets for each product/service category.
  • Accurately assess the needs and requirements of the client while using company knowledge to make relevant recommendations for possible solutions for the client.
  • Have technical knowledge of security systems.
  • Do site assessments to access and design security systems.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the competitive market environment and make recommendations on innovative ways to profitably respond.
  • Deliver fast and efficient responses to clients with excellent customer service skills.
  • Identify and capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with each client.
  • Maintain good and lasting business relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Update the Group Sales Manager of field findings, sales updates and reports.
  • Update the Company software with all sales activities.

Collaboration

  • Represent the company at various meetings or promotional events to promote the diverse products and services within the Group

Critical Qualifications/Competencies

  • Have natural passion and disposition for sales
  • Experience in Sales negotiations
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated and possess ability to work on own initiative
  • Must be the holder of a valid driver’s licence and owner of a reliable motor vehicle

Education Level Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ quota driven experience in Sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or similar qualification
