The Mango Bay Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Group Revenue Manager to oversee reservations across our portfolio of properties. This is a pivotal role ensuring seamless booking processes, maximizing occupancy, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the reservations team across multiple properties.
  • Oversee daily operations of group reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales, front office, and revenue management teams.
  • Handle group bookings, contracts, and special requests with professionalism.
  • Manage, update, and monitor all the hotel distribution channels
  • Manage pricing and distribution strategies to maximise ADR and RevPAR.
  • Monitor reservation systems and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Communicate policies, procedures, and booking terms clearly to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and data protection standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • A diploma or degree in hospitality management, or a related field, is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel reservations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (TravelClick/RoomMaster and WedRezpro or similar), Microsoft Office, and general computer literacy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong managerial skills with an eye for detail.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and yield management to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Flexibility to work varied hours.
