The Group Operations Analyst generates and publishes consistent reports and insights about the performance of the group in various areas of operation.

Group Operations Analyst

The analyst is the central data hub for business performance data that runs through the various information systems of the organization, enabling the senior leaders to take appropriate action to improve performance and the development of strategies based on trends.   

Key Activities and Duties:

  • Acquire data from systems and sources as directed, to include but not limited to CDK, Frog Data, Fuel Management System, Energy Management System.
  • Review data and sources to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate and deliver reports based on standard formats, based on required daily, monthly, and quarterly schedules.
  • Create and generate new ways to support improved information and insights.
  • Identify trends, variances, and insights that are significant for action.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy of all reports published.
  • Operate in alignment with agreed-upon team values and operating procedures.
  • Engagement in training & development programmes on own initiative, and those prescribed by the organization.
  • Research and report on the most recent best practices in support of the organization.
  • Attend required meetings, events, and activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1st  Degree in Business.
  • Tertiary level education relevant to the role at a recognized learning institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • High competence in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience and ability to perform key activities and duties.

Schedule:

  • Schedule to be designed appropriately to the fulfillment of agreed objectives.
  • Standard 5-day work week at 40 hours (excluding lunch break), Monday to Friday.
  • Changes and flexibility discussed and agreed, based on relevance to objectives.
