NCB Insurance Agency & Fund Management Ltd invites applications for the post of Group Insurance Sales Advisor
Core Functions
- Management of annuity sales generated from external pension fund administrators.
- Implementing initiatives to achieve new business and up sell growth targets for employee benefits products in line with strategic objectives.
- Ensuring the proper engagement of NCBIA, from the outset, as approved provider for all group business (i.e. group health and life insurance, and creditor life)
- Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of NCBIA service standards for the assigned business portfolios and clients, to ensure consistency in service delivery and promote/cultivate customer loyalty.
- Actively participate in various marketing and sales promotion activities across the island to develop and exploit new business leads and create greater awareness for the brand and products.
- Scanning the business environ for business activities in start-up corporations, SME, MMU, FDIs and others including existing corporates in order to prospect and closed new business opportunities
- Creating partnerships/alliances with the NCBFG and its subsidiaries for cross selling opportunities for clients within the group
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance or Accounting or comparable equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience in insurance industry, with working knowledge of group life, health and creditor life products
- Securities Dealer certification would be an asset
- Ordinary Long Term Insurance certification would be an asset
