Grounds & Landscape Technician

We are looking Grounds & Landscape Technician.

Summary:
Responsible for the maintenance, care, and enhancement of all landscaped and green areas across company properties island wide. Ensures that all outdoor spaces are clean, healthy, visually appealing, and aligned with the organization’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, raking, and watering plants across multiple locations
• Perform regular grass cutting, trimming, edging, and pruning
• Plant, transplant, and nurture flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely and appropriately
• Irrigate plants and monitor soil conditions to ensure optimal growth
• Remove weeds, debris, and dead plants to maintain neatness
• Identify and treat plant diseases and pest issues
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Support landscaping improvements and beautification projects
• Ensure all outdoor areas meet company aesthetic and safety standards
• Remove debris, litter, and leave from walkways, parking lots, and outdoor common areas.
• Sweep and pressure wash walkways and building exteriors as needed.
• Assist with basic outdoor repairs or upkeep such as painting fences or clearing drains.
• Ensure safe use and storage of chemicals and groundskeeping tools.
• Travel between locations as required

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance
• Basic knowledge of plant care, soil treatment, and pest control
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Valid driver’s license (recommended if island-wide travel is required)
