Graphic Designer & Operations Assistant

What You'll Do

• Design eye-catching materials for social media and promotions
• Perform cashier duties and manage daily sales transactions
• Assist with HR tasks like weekly scheduling and leave tracking
• Prepare monthly sales and expense reports using Excel
• Respond to customer quotations within 2 business hours
• Follow up on receivables and send statements twice weekly
• Represent the company at trade shows and events
• Monitor emails and follow up with clients
• Assist with basic procurement and admin tasks
• Deliver top-notch customer service every day

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field, an asset
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service or office administration
• Graphic design skills (bonus if you’re great with Canva or Adobe tools)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid math skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
