In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that enhance our proposals, event materials, booth designs and brand presence.
Design and create event materials such as logos, branding, signage, invitations, brochures, and digital graphics for events.
Ensure that all designs align with the company or clients’ branding guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
Develop engaging digital content for the company’s website, email campaigns, and social media channels.
Generate and present creative visual concepts that enhance the overall theme and experience of events.
Work closely with the project manager to capture their vision and incorporate their feedback into the design process.
Coordinate with external vendors for the production of printed materials, ensuring high-quality and accurate results.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all materials.
Review and proofread all designs to ensure accuracy and high standards of quality.
Maintain organised files and records of all design projects for easy retrieval and reference.
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and techniques to continuously improve and innovate design work.
Utilise graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
