This individual will use creative thinking, knowledge, and exceptional design work to help drive sales and create a positive image.
Graphic Designer
Core Functions:
Support the running of a productive and vibrant marketing team.
Support the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategic marketing campaigns for all divisions within our automotive company.
Drive the marketing and sales interests of the different lines of business our company represents.
Help create a glowing reputation for the company based on its communication, creativity, efficiency, and performance.
Develop high visual impact design concepts, sample layouts, and assets for multiple division projects.
Design for a wide variety of digital projects including websites, infographics, email graphics, social media graphics, motion graphics, video compositions, and other digital channels.
Grow and share knowledge of digital design, brand development, motion graphics, interactive design, and the creative process.
Collaborate with internal team members to manage build-out of specific design projects.
Manage and maintain graphic files including logos, approved corporate images, etc.
Stay current with emerging industry design techniques and the latest design software to maintain and improve work.
Coordinate all artwork requests for the region and work with the division’s Marketing Executives to supply in the shortest possible time frame.
Liaise with the Marketing and other local teams to produce model brochures where needed.
Help with the creation of written marketing matter through creative input, report generation and drafting of copy where necessary.
Support the creation of event Best Practices guides and support the local dealers with execution of design assets where necessary.
Oversee the creation and implementation of social media and digital campaigns to include social posting and boosting, digital display, search.
Support all company brand social media activity including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook,
Participate in regular brainstorming sessions with wider teams to create creative social media campaigns where necessary.
Work with the company videographer to keep online content rich, relevant and regularly updated when necessary.
Help with the ongoing creation of e-blasts and customer news around sales and service promotions.
Assist with the constant updating of the company and brand web sites where relevant.
Liaise with marketing executives and wider team to create bespoke landing pages as required.
Help with the creation and timely distribution of monthly marketing reports for all divisions.
Assist with the execution and presentation of quantitative and qualitative evaluation programs for all marketing campaigns, providing recommendations where possible.
Help with the generation of marketing reports and presentations for suppliers and key stakeholders.
Speed and efficiency of communications with marketing executives and other stakeholders.
Effective use of budgets and agencies where relevant.
Quality and consistency of social media campaigns.
Quality and timeliness of reporting.
Proactivity of campaigns and fresh ideas.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Skill-Set and Experience Required:
5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
A well-curated portfolio that showcases branding, visual storytelling, campaign work, and exceptional craft.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong illustration, typography, and layout skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
Experience working across print, digital, packaging, and environmental design.
The ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-moving, high-output environment.
A systematic design mind-set—you don’t just make things look good, you make them work in an efficient and effective system.
