The Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting all ATL divisions in the execution of strategic marketing initiatives.
Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will act as a liaison for collaboration between the marketing and sales teams, promoting innovation, creativity, and alignment with business objectives. The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for creating high-quality visual and digital content and managing design projects in a competitive environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop high-impact design concepts, sample layouts, and assets for multiple divisions in a competitive & fast-paced environment.
Create visually compelling digital designs for websites, infographics, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
Stay updated on digital design trends, brand development, and interactive design to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the execution of design projects.
Manage and maintain graphic assets, including logos and approved corporate imagery.
Keep abreast of emerging design techniques and software to ensure cutting-edge output.
Coordinate artwork requests for ATL and its brands, working closely with the division Marketing Executives to deliver promptly.
Partner with Marketing Executives and local teams to produce model brochures as needed.
Assist in crafting compelling marketing content, including creative input, report generation, and copy drafting.
Support the development of event best practices and provide design assets to local dealers when required.
Oversee the creation and execution of ATL and brand social media and digital campaign promotional content (for internal & external use).
Collaborate in the planning and implementation of innovative promotional campaigns to enhance brand engagement.
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Executive & other stakeholders on ATL/brand social media activity.
Coordinate with local teams in digital customer promotional messaging to include, but not be limited to, e-newsletters/e-mailers, e-blasts, and any other approved channel around ATL sales and service promotions.
Any other duties which may be assigned.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's of Arts in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
Have Experience in the printing industry, Advertising Agency, or Design Studio.
A minimum of 3 years in graphic design with a proven track record of projects with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple mediums.
Excellent customer service skills.
Copywriting skills are a plus.
Project Management certification or skills are a plus.
Knowledge of Web design and UX/UI Principles is a plus.
Job Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to create marketing assets such as banners, brochures, infographics, and presentations.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
