We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Artist with strong design skills and professional agency experience to join our creative team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that support client campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.

We are a fast-paced, advertising agency that helps brands tell compelling stories and build meaningful connections with their audiences. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Artist with strong design skills and professional agency experience to join our creative team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that support client campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical proficiency, and teamwork.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Creative Development

  • Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually appealing designs that align with client brand guidelines.
  • Assist in brainstorming and developing design ideas for advertising campaigns, social media content, presentations, and more.
  • Support senior designers and art directors in the execution of design work.

Design Production

  • Produce layouts, graphics, illustrations, and infographics for a variety of platforms including web, social, print, and outdoor.
  • Prepare final artwork and ensure all files are print- or web-ready.
  • Make revisions and adaptations to existing campaigns based on client or internal feedback.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, and other designers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with external printers and production vendors as needed.

Quality Control

  • Ensure all creative output meets the agency’s quality standards and the client’s specifications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creative execution across multiple media.

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with digital and social media design standards.
  • Knowledge of basic animation or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.

Key Competencies

  • Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to take creative direction and make revisions promptly.
