German Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, assist, and provide information to German-speaking clients upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Coordinate tours, transfers, and excursions in collaboration with dispatch and operations teams.
• Provide translation/interpretation services where necessary.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Promote Tropical Tours’ products and services to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate client interaction records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) and English is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
