Tobago Hotel with excess of 100 ROOMS seeking applications for a suitably qualified persons whom can fill the position of General Manager. Required but not limited to the following:
- Extensive managerial experience of hotel operations (8 or more years)
- Oversee the day to day operations of the hotel and the activities of the management and line staff.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Budget Planning and financial Controls
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in Human Resource Management
- Solid Customer Service knowledge and application
- Results oriented and work flexible hours to meet set targets
- Solid Food and Beverage or Front of the House Management
- Develop Sales & Marketing Activities that will maximize hotel revenues in conjunction with anticipate trends and enact profit-oriented and cost containment programs
- Far-reaching knowledge of HACCP requirement and experience with implementation of improvements relating to such standards
