Position Overview:

The General Manager will be accountable for the strategic oversight, operational performance, and sustainable growth of a multi-division enterprise comprising convenience store retail, fuel/gas station operations, and construction projects. This position demands a dynamic leader with demonstrated business acumen, strong organizational capabilities, and cross-industry management experience. The incumbent will be expected to ensure operational excellence, strict regulatory compliance, and continued profitability, while identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline (required).
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven managerial experience within retail, fuel/gas, construction, or other related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth across all divisions.
• Direct and supervise daily operations of the convenience store, ensuring high standards of service and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory management systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost control.
• Develop and implement merchandising and promotional strategies designed to maximize sales and customer engagement.
• Manage budgets, procurement schedules, and subcontractor relationships in support of construction projects.
• Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities to meet the evolving needs of target markets.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards.
