JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a self-motivated and results driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization’s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills and strong leadership background. The noteworthy General Manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance organization’s image and meet overall growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Developing and implementing growth strategies
• Create and maintain budgets whilst optimizing expenses
• Managing operational costs
• Monitor and analyze accounting and financial data
• Prepare regular reports for upper management
• Improve/formulate and implement policies and processes
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Hiring and training administrative staff
• Monitoring and motivating all staff
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Researching and identifying business opportunities

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (sales, marketing, procurement, operations, finance, human resource)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong analytical ability
