Job Summary: 

As the General Manager at Bresheh, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding all aspects of our company's operations. You will be responsible for leading a passionate team, driving strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring the continued success and growth of Bresheh. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Translate company goals into actionable financial plans and budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility across all departments.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and market expansion.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress towards goals, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and profitability metrics to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost control.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives, ensuring sustainable financial growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market reach and enhance the Bresheh brand reputation.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure all operations contribute to achieving financial targets and strategic objectives.
  • Streamline operational workflows to optimize resource utilization and minimize costs.
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including production, inventory management, sales, logistics, and customer service.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and foster brand loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field with 7+ years in a leadership position preferably in the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry. 
  • Strong strategic thinking, finance, and decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities. 
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business results and managing cross-functional teams. 
  • Passion for sustainability, craftsmanship and creative expression. 
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing and supply chain management. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
