General Manager (Food Business)

Salary: $8,000 – $10,000 TTD/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations (kitchen, suppliers, logistics, staff)
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and costs
• Ensure smooth processes and food safety compliance
• Work closely with management to support growth strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in operations management (food service/hospitality preferred)
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Chef

Salary: $7,000 – $9,000 TTD/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and plate dishes with high standards of taste and presentation
• Collaborate on menu creation and innovation
• Manage kitchen team, inventory, and reduce food waste
• Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant, catering, or food business
• Creativity and passion for food
• Strong leadership and time management skills
