Now Hiring: Gardener Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener Supervisor to lead our landscaping team and ensure our grounds are maintained to the highest standard.

Job functions:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of gardening staff
• Plan and oversee landscaping, planting, and maintenance schedules
• Perform regular tours of hotel grounds and landscaped areas
• Ensure gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas are well-maintained and visually appealing
• Monitor plant health and address pests, diseases, and irrigation needs
• Train team members on proper gardening techniques and safety practices
• Manage tools, equipment, and gardening supplies during each shift
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standard.

Experience & Qualification:

• 1-2 Years’ experience in Hospitality
• Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Science, Horticulture or related field
• Proven experience in gardening or landscaping
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset
• Knowledge of the proper use of fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides
• Strong knowledge of plant care, soil management, and pest control
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
