Supreme Ventures Gaming Limited, a subsidiary of Supreme Ventures Limited is seeking to identify suitable candidates to fill the role of Gaming Hostess. The ideal candidate possess at least one (1) year in a similar role, has a winning attitude and is an excellent team player. 

 Gaming Hostess

He/She will ensure that customers are provided with complimentary amenities once actively gaming and performs his/her role in tandem with company guidelines. A casino host/hostess is expected to present the premier level of guest service by welcoming all casino guests individually and nicely with an optimistic, amiable, and cheery temperament. His/her role is to please the players and ensure compliance to casino rules, regulations, procedures and policies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve clients food and beverage in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining excellent service and an enthusiastic attitude.
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Ensure all orders are sent through the POS system.
• Continuously observe and anticipate guests' needs in order to fill all guest opportunities.
• Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages immediately.
•  Adhere to Cash Management policies and procedures when handling cash and player cards.
• Explain how games are played, upsell and/or offer alternative games if a customer is not winning/dissatisfied.
• Follow up and escalate issues if unable to solve.
• Display the highest level of discretion and show absolute respect of the confidential information he/she may have access to. Information about players must never be discussed with anyone other than what is required to take care of the needs of the guest.
• Ensure grooming and deportment is in accordance with the expectations of Supreme Ventures Group as outlined in the handbook and stipulated by the Ministry of Health
• Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3 CXC/CSEC subjects
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a restaurant or customer service environment. Prior customer service experience would be an asset.
• Possess an up-to-date Food Handlers permit.

 Special Considerations: 

 This role requires persons to operate on a shift system and entails work to be done on weekends, public holidays and late nights.
