Position Overview

ContactPoint 360 is hiring on-site Brand Ambassadors to support one of our most inspiring clients, a global leader in face-to-face fundraising and donor engagement. This client partners with some of the world’s most impactful non-profit organizations to connect individuals with causes that matter. 

In this role, you'll play a vital part in growing donor support and creating positive experiences that lead to lasting change. While you'll be employed by ContactPoint 360, your work will directly support a mission-driven initiative that helps fuel life-changing programs across the globe. 

Key Responsibilities 

    • Provide warm, professional customer service and support to donors via phone and in-person interactions 
    • Facilitate and process donations with care, integrity, and accuracy 
    • Share compelling stories about the campaign’s mission and global impact 
    • Maintain accurate donor records using CRM systems 
    • Achieving individual and team performance goals related to donor satisfaction and conversion 
    • Adhere to internal processes and data security protocols 
    • Contribute to a supportive, values-based team culture 

Qualifications 

    • High school diploma or equivalent 
    • 1+ year of experience in customer service, fundraising, or sales preferred 
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
    • Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured on-site environment 
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM or call center platforms 
    • Must be eligible to work in [Insert Country] and able to pass a background check 

Schedule & Availability 

    • Full-Time: 40 hours/week - must be able to work from 1:00 pm to 1:00 am
    • Evening and weekend availability may be required based on campaign needs. 
    • Must Live in close proximity of Montego Bay, St. James
