Key Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and manage the front desk team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver a personalized and seamless guest experience aligned with the Aiden brand.
• Handle guest feedback, special requests, and VIP services with professionalism.
• Oversee check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and cashiering procedures.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and key front office KPIs.
• Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments.

Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role with an international hotel brand
• Experience in a boutique or lifestyle hotel is an asset.
• Proficient in Opera
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy
