  1. Opening and Preparing the Reception Area
  • Ensure the reception desk is fully staffed and ready before opening.
  • Check that computers, patient registration systems, and phones are working.
  • Prepare patient forms, consent documents, and registration materials.
  • Review the schedule for the day (appointments, procedures, expected walk-ins).
  1. Patient Registration and Check-In
  • Oversee the patient intake process.
  • Ensure reception staff collect accurate patient information:
