An analytical, organized leader with strong problem solving and communication skills is needed to fill the position of Front Desk Manager.
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for the efficient management of Front Desk and Bell Desk staff, including development of schedules, distribution of tasks and management of time off. This position also requires strong collaboration with Housekeeping and Maintenance to identify and implement preventive and corrective actions that will maintain excellence in the quality of service and guest experience.
