We are seeking a professional, service-oriented, and detail-driven Front Office Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring all front desk operations are executed efficiently and in alignment with the hotel’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures in accordance with company policies
  • Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with RoomKey PMS would be a distinct asset
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
