Our client is seeking a customer-focused Front Counter Retail Sales Clerk to assist customers, process sales, manage stock, handle cash transactions and support daily retail operations while maintaining excellent service and workplace organization.

FRONT COUNTER RETAIL SALES CLERK

(Permanent)

Location: Port-of-Spain

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers at the retail counter and provide excellent customer service
  • Process sales transactions daily
  • Monitor stock levels and update inventory records
  • Replenish products and assist with warehouse transfers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Perform additional duties assigned by Management

 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 CXC/CSEC passes, including English and Mathematics
  • Experience in retail sales, cashing or customer service preferred
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
  • Good communication, organizational and numerical skills
  • Ability to lift and handle stock items when required
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to12:00 PM
