Purpose of Job: To serve customer in a timely fashion while being customer centric throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing large amounts of inbound and Outbound Calls/Chats/Emails in a timely manner
• Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics in a customer centric fashion
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing
solutions
• Must be able to work nights weekends and public holidays
• Utilize all resources & tools available to effectively resolve customers issues
• Be able to de-escalate disgruntled clients & maintain strong customer retention levels
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Must be able to navigate google maps effectively.
• Must have a knowledge/experience of the North American customer base/market.
• Service calls for vulnerable customer base i.e. persons with disabilities

Qualifications:
  • Are fluent, verbal and written in French
  • Are fluent, verbal and written in English
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  •  Experience in a contact center environment
  • 4 or more CXC subjects, including Geography, Mathematics, IT
