The Role:

We are seeking a Freight Services Manager who will be responsible for overseeing freight operations, developing and executing business growth strategies locally and regionally and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with regional logistics expertise and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all freight and brokerage operations with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, principals and regional partners.
• Develop and implement marketing, sales and growth strategies across the Caribbean.
• Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with international and regional freight regulations.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidates should have substantial hands-on experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, or customs brokerage industry. In addition, they must have a proven ability to lead teams effectively, manage operations, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
• The role requires a results-oriented professional with demonstrated success in sales and business development. The candidate should be capable of identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and consistently contributing to revenue growth. Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• The candidate should be committed to delivering high quality service, addressing client needs promptly, and maintaining long-term relationships through professionalism and reliability.
• Flexibility to travel within the region and the USA as needed to meet clients, oversee operations, and support business development activities.
• Valid driver’s license and has access to a Motor Vehicle
