FOODSERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Progressive Distributors Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Foodservice Sales Representative who will develop, work and maintain sales targets and schedule and upsell on quality goods.  This is a Monday through Saturday job; however, it is not a normal 8-5 position.  Extensive overtime will be required especially during our high season November through April.  Weekly schedule will be provided.  Must be willing to process and learn Company systems taught by Manager; must be punctual, honest, reliable and hardworking.  Strong work ethic and a positive attitude will be required.  Must speak, read, write, and comprehend English fluently. 

 Salary range is CI$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per annum commensurate with experience.  An attractive compensation and benefits package (including medical insurance, vacation and pension) is being offered to the qualified candidate.  All applications received will be reviewed and only qualified candidates will be contacted for interview. 

 Mandatory requirements

 Minimum of 5 years working sales experience in the Foodservice Industry, OR minimum of 5 years culinary experience at management level is required.

• Must have extensive knowledge of foodservice products, grocery items, chemicals & disposable products.
• Must be computer literate and advanced in the use of MS Excel. 
• Must have excellent administrative and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School Degree or equivalent.  
• Must have the ability to drive.
