The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for: 

  • Leading the entire Food & Beverage operation across restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and special events, ensuring flawless service and elevated guest experiences.
  • Partnering closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to maintain culinary excellence, brand standards, and operational consistency.
  • Driving service culture through coaching, performance management, and development programs that elevate team capability and guest satisfaction.
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization for all F&B outlets.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation in menus, service delivery, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Building strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and internal teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership F&B role within luxury resorts or 5-star hotels.
  • Strong background in all-inclusive operations, high-volume service, and multi-outlet environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, KPIs, and cost-control strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and implement consistent service standards.
  • Solid knowledge of HACCP, safety compliance, and food & beverage regulations.
  • Passion for hospitality, innovation, and delivering world-class experiences.
