Food & Beverage Trainer – Royalton Blue Waters

The Food & Beverage Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for all Food & Beverage staff to ensure service excellence, compliance with safety standards, and consistency in guest experience. The trainer will collaborate closely with department managers and senior leadership to identify training needs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for Food & Beverage team members, covering service standards, product knowledge, health & safety, and compliance requirements. 
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training initiatives. 
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, continuously refining programs for maximum impact. 
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to ensure training aligns with operational goals and brand standards. 
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation in compliance with company policies. 
  • Promote a positive learning environment that encourages professional growth and high performance. 
  • Assist in onboarding new team members to ensure a smooth integration into the team and understanding of service expectations. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Food & Beverage service and training methodologies.

 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Proven experience in training, customer service, or hospitality, preferably within Food & Beverage operations. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions for diverse audiences. 
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing operational needs. 
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards pertinent to Food & Beverage service. 
  • Certification in training or hospitality management is a plus.
