Job Description | Duties

 As the Food & Beverage Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries and reservations related to our diverse dining options. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Relations:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests regarding restaurant information, menus, and reservation availability.

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with a friendly and proactive attitude.

• Reservations Management:

  • Manage and maintain the restaurant reservation system, accurately booking and modifying reservations.

  • Coordinate seating arrangements and special requests (e.g., allergies, celebrations) with the restaurant and kitchen teams.

  • Ensure all reservations are confirmed and communicated effectively to the relevant departments.

• Operational Support:

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage outlets, including their unique concepts, menus, and operating hours.

  • Liaise with restaurant managers and staff to ensure smooth service and a seamless guest experience.

  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the Food & Beverage department.

• Sales and Promotion:

  • Promote special events, themed nights, and new menu items to guests.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance the dining experience.
