Job Functions:

• Create and provide floral designs for weddings, banquets, corporate events, and special occasions.
• Coordinate with the Events, Banquet, and Sales teams to meet client specifications and themes.
• Maintain daily floral displays and replace arrangements as needed to ensure freshness.
• Source, order, and manage floral inventory, including fresh flowers, plants, vases, and supplies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of flowers to maximize longevity and quality.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace.
• Monitor floral budget and minimize waste.
• Stay current with floral design trends and seasonal availability.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Experience and Qualification:

• Certificate or diploma in Floral Design or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a florist, ideally within hotels or event venues.
• Strong creative and artistic skills.
• Knowledge of flower care and arrangement techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
