Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design Excellence: Create visually stunning and innovative floral arrangements and gift baskets that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends.

2. Customer Consultations: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and the occasion, providing personalized design recommendations.

3. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest floral and gift trends, ensuring the ability to offer unique and on-trend designs.

4. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality in materials, design, and execution to deliver exceptional products to customers.

5. Order Fulfillment: Efficiently and accurately fulfill customer orders, collaborating with the sales team to customize designs based on specific requests.

6. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage floral and gift basket inventory, ensuring a diverse and well-stocked selection.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to promotional campaigns and support marketing initiatives through visually appealing designs.

Qualifications:

1. Floral Design Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in floral design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.

2. Gift Basket Design: Experience in designing and creating gift baskets, incorporating a variety of products to meet customer preferences.

3. Artistic Flair: A natural eye for color, texture, and composition, coupled with a passion for staying abreast of design trends.

4. Customer-Focused: Ability to understand and interpret customer preferences, providing exceptional service during consultations.
