Fleet Maintenance Manager

A leading vehicle rental company is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead and strengthen its maintenance operations. This role is critical to maximizing vehicle availability, improving efficiency, and maintaining high operational standards across the fleet.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering/Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years experience leading automotive, fleet, workshop, or related maintenance teams (preferred)
• A solid technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes (an asset)
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• A confident leadership style with the ability to enforce standards and drive accountability
• Process-driven and results-focused approach

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize daily maintenance and repair activities
• Reduce vehicle downtime and improve fleet efficiency
• Supervise garage and body shop operations
• Enforce safety, quality, and maintenance standards
