Fixed Assets Support Analyst (Montego Bay)

The Fixed Asset Management Clerk supports the acquisition, tracking, and disposal of assets, ensuring accurate records and compliance with policies. This role safeguards Concentrix’s investments and supports effective asset control and financial accuracy.

Asset Management Support:

• Assist in the receipt, labeling, and documentation of fixed assets.
• Ensure all relevant records are promptly and properly updated in Concentrix’s fixed asset management database.

Inventory and Audit:

• Participate actively in regular inventory audits.
• Help track asset movements and provide support for upcoming export or import activities.

Asset Evaluation:

• Identify and report obsolete, damaged, or underperforming assets.
• Ensure that flagged items are managed according to company policies and procedures.

Compliance and Integrity:

• Maintain the integrity of asset records.
• Contribute to efficient asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications:
