Job Summary

The Financial Resources Specialist is responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial documentation to support eligibility and compliance processes within a structured program environment. This role involves examining financial statements, billing records, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines.

This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals pursuing a career in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, offering hands-on experience in financial document review, data analysis, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of identifying discrepancies while maintaining a high level of accuracy.


Work Schedule

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (Including Daylight Saving Time)
  • Time Zone: Must be able to work aligned with U.S. business hours
  • Flexibility: May be required during peak operational periods

Data Accuracy & Validation – Analyze financial information to ensure data integrity and alignment across multiple documents and systems.

Documentation & Record Maintenance – Maintain accurate and organized records of all reviews, findings, and supporting documentation.

Communication of Findings – Clearly communicate discrepancies and recommendations to internal teams to support timely resolution.

Administrative & Process Support – Assist with additional tasks and process-related duties to support overall team efficiency.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Experience)

  • High school diploma required; pursuing or completed studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy when reviewing financial documents.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in data entry, financial review, auditing support, or administrative roles.
  • Exposure to billing, financial records, or compliance-related processes.
  • Experience working in a remote or BPO environment.
