We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Financial Management Supervisor.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for performing analysis and accounting procedures, preparing accounting and regulatory reports, supervising assigned account activities, maintaining internal control policies and procedures, providing leadership to the assigned team and maintaining financial records.

The candidate should have the following competencies and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Completion of A.C.C.A Level III
• Experience with the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Ability to prepare and analyze Management Accounts
• Excellent knowledge of Insurance Accounting sufficient to carry out job functions
• Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Customer Service and Supervisory Training
• Effective oral and written Communication Skills
• Proficiency in the use of relevant computer applications
• At least three (3) years Accounting Experience
