The Royal Decameron Cub Caribbean Hotel (Runaway Bay, St. Ann) is seeking to fill the post of Financial Controller.
The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in financial management within the hotel. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's financial operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, effecient processes, and compliance with financial regulations. The Financial Controller will serve as a key member of the management team and will collbarate with various departments to optimize financial performance.
Responsibilites will include but not limited to:
- Financial Reporting
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Financial Analysis
- Cash Management
- Internal Controls
- Tax Compliance
- Financial Systems and Processes
- Financial Planning and Strategy
- Bachelors Degree in Finance , Accoutning or any related field.
- Professional Certification within Finance or Accounting.
- Proven experiene as a Financial Controller or smilar role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, cash management principles and policies.
- Strong proficiency in using financial software applications and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively
- Good Interpersonal Sklls to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal or external stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing and improving financial syetms and processes is a plus.
