The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial performance, preparing reports, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping improve profitability across business operations.

Key Functions:

• Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Monitor company performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Conduct cost analysis and recommend efficiency improvements
• Support management with business planning and investment decisions
• Prepare profitability and cash flow reports
• Assist with internal controls and financial compliance
• Work closely with accounting and operational teams to improve financial performance

Minimum Requirement & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• ACCA, CPA, CFA (or in progress) would be an asset
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
