Financial Analyst – Job Description

ISP Finance Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to transform company data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role will evaluate financial performance, identify trends, measure cost effectiveness, and help management plan for sustainable growth.

The Financial Analyst will work across departments including Loans, Collections, Tele-Sales, and Operations to gather and interpret data, produce recurring reports, and highlight risks and opportunities. The successful candidate must be comfortable handling large data sets, building dashboards, and presenting findings in a clear, actionable manner.

This position plays a key role in improving efficiency, strengthening financial controls, and supporting long-term company planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and performance reports

• Analyze revenue, expenses, recovery rates, and operational metrics

• Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

• Develop dashboards and tracking tools for management

• Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce cost

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Excel or data analysis capability

• Ability to communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders

• Experience in financial services or lending environment is an asset
