Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data and performance metrics to support business decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Monitor key financial indicators and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Support strategic planning initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data and understand financial impacts of business activities.
• Conduct profitability analysis by product, service line, or business unit.
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and risk assessments.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant financial data and documentation.
• Recommend improvements to financial processes, tools, and reporting systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• ACCA Level 3 or equivalent professional accounting qualification is required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP, Oracle).
