Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting investment decisions, performing financial modeling, analyzing business performance, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Support due diligence efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial assessments
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor portfolio company performance, identify key metrics and trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with investment and management teams on budgeting, valuation, and strategic planning
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA designation or MBA is an asset
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or consulting
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
